Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, to be eligible for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Policy

We know how important it is for you to receive your purchase as soon as possible; that is why one of our greatest efforts is to prepare your items as soon as possible. For this reason, we work with 48/72h* working day deliveries in the peninsula.

How much are the shipping costs?

Spain (Peninsula): The shipping price is €3.00.

If you are not at home, they will try to contact you, and if this is not possible, they will deposit your package in a Parcel Shop, where you can collect it within ten days.
